Policies

Reservations: Reservations may be requested via phone, fax, or email. Your stay is not confirmed until a reservation number has been issued.

Rates: Rates vary throughout the year and are higher for peak seasons and special events. “Long term” and package rates are at the sole disceretion of the manger. 11.4% local lodging tax will be applied at check in.

Discounts: We offer a 10% discount to AAA and AARP members. We proudly extend the same discount to active/retired millitary, first responders, and government employees.

Payment: We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), Traveler’s Cheques, or Cash. A valid credit card is required to hold a reservation. The card will not be charged or authorized prior to arrival. We appreciate payment in full upon check in.

Cancellation: Unless prior arrangements have been made with the manager, we require 72 hours (3 days) notice for cancellation without charge. Cancellations within 72 hours will be charged for the first night’s stay. “No shows” will be charged for the full stay.

Pets: We welcome your four legged friend! While we understand that he/she is very well behaved, housebroken, and would never…, there is the matter of pet hair and dander which could adversely affect future guests. Thus a one time cleaning fee of $15.00 will be applied to your stay.

Smoking: We have two (2) designated smoking rooms. Smoking is forbidden in all others. Violation of this policy will result in a $200 charge to your account.

Management reserves the right to change policies at it’s own discretion, at any time, and without prior notice. Any questions regarding our policies should be addressed to the management.
